He isn't. He's (indirectly) telling the PC to do better than a Mac because it obviously can.

I think having an exploitable keyboard (http://arstechnica.com/apple/news/2009/08/exploit-allows-for-keyboard-ownage-through-firmware.ars) should mean you lose by default.
