Title: Pilot file .bak
Post by: Kie99 on September 21, 2009, 10:32:23 pm
Read another post about someone losing their pilot file somehow, it occured to me that it might be possible to have a back-up system similar to that used for mission files in FRED.  Possible?

I'm currently working on an overhaul of that section of code (it's slow progress - it's not well documented!).
If you're seriously worried about losing your pilot files, or have found a good way to do it reliably, I suggest writing a script to backup your pilot files each time you run the engine.
