Post by: ViolentAJ on September 27, 2009, 01:32:56 am
Is there any way to extract the ingame weapon sounds and explosions and such from the game?

Thanks.

They're in the .vp files.

You need a program like VPView (available here (http://www.freespacemods.net/download.php?view.109)) to open and extract from them.

If you used Turey's installer, VPView is probably already in your FreeSpace2\tools folder.
