Title: FS Open Installer "Config file download failed"

Some friends of mine and I just re-discovered FS 2 and discovered the FSC Project, and we all love it!
However we all had the same issue when running the FS Open Installer...

I checked and that URL is no longer valid (or has been having trouble for about a week). There is an axem.txt in the installer folder, but it is a 0 kb file. Everything seems to be working fine at the moment though. Does it matter that we can't get this one file? Is there an alternate download location?

That is definitely how it seems.

I still wonder two things. Is this file important? And is there an alternate download location?

It is important because it tells the installer what to download from where.

I would recommend taking a look at the manual installation instructions (http://www.hard-light.net/forums/index.php?topic=47640.0).
