Jeff Vader, aka Lobo and "Problem Solving Wolfman", hasn't been on in ages. Anybody know what's up?

He was like a hero to the Support board  :(

When/why did he change his name, anyway?  I don't remember ever coming across what made that happen.

Apparently he didn't like it, so he had it changed. The bigger question is, where is our support master?
