Title: Admins/mods, please do some maintenance

We have this category (http://www.hard-light.net/wiki/index.php/Category:Articles_to_be_deleted) for pages that need deletion.  It's been there for a while now, and no one with deletion privileges has touched it.

We also have some edit requests for the Battle of Endor Sundrome (http://www.hard-light.net/wiki/index.php/FRED_and_the_Battle_of_Endor_Syndrome) page. It's locked, so regular users cannot edit it.
