I had a question on where I could go to start a new page? I don't want to edit other pages, and I don't trust the "related pages" method, so, I have to ask, why isn't there a "New Page" button on the toolbar, and if there is one somewhere, where is it? I'm asking because I'd like to add one of my models to the list of custom models.
If someone who has created a page in it before, or otherwise knows where it is answered, I would appreciate the help.

Enter the name of your new page into the search bar and search for it. It'll ask you if you want to create a page with that name.
I agree, though, there should be a straight-up 'new page' button in the search bar.
Also, er, your sig is kind of weird. :nervous:

The FSWiki would benefit with some pages that deal with Wiki-editing basics, I believe. Some links to the detailed Wikipedia tutorial pages are also helpful.
-
Ummm, doesn't the wiki already have those links built in?
-
I asked about that and was directed to another wiki to read their stuff on it

I mean, there's a link to the wikipedia editing guide right next to the save/preview/cancel buttons....

Ah! Thanks! I was wondering why there was no clear message on how to start new pages.

Yet this guy didn't find it because his first edit would be creating a new page. How should he know he has to edit a page just to get some directions?

You see that link even when creating a new page. It's part of the standard edit interface.

He didn't find that screen since he didn't know how to start a new page, you see.
