Well damn, now someone has to do the prequel consular ship.  Also the T-16 is in the background of the 1st Jabba skiff pic but doesn't get its own section?...Way cooler than any pod racer IMO.

Thanks for the contribution.  Maybe others can share any references they might have also and we turn this into a big Star Wars reference photo thread?

Here's a few of my sources:

http://www.killbyte.da.ru/  - Varying quality, from a number of different photographers.  Pretty expansive collection of Rebel stuff, only a couple walkers for the Empire though.  Also a lengthy analysis on Turbolasers.

http://www.studioscale.com/images/reference/Star%20Destroyer/Frank%20Wire/index.htm  - Some fantastic photos of the ISD Avenger filming model from ESB and ROTJ

http://www.scifigeek.info/events/StarWarsExhibit/  - Some nice high-res photos of various filming models on display

http://www.cloudster.com/sets&vehicles/SWstarDestroyer/StarDestroyerTop.htm  - More Star Destroyer photos, with some very good closeups, but unfortunately quality and res aren't spectacular for some
