Title: How to get the funny shivan beams ?

I've seen some thread here talking about having "graphical bugs" on shivan beams, their color changing.
Well i actually find that quite cool, and i would like to have them too o_o
Where can i find the buggued effect file :p ?

Btw, it may not be the right forum to post it, but forgive me, i didn't know where to post this :(

Post by: Jeff Vader on December 04, 2009, 01:00:08 pm: Indeed. If you really want to experience those, you'll need to find a weakass GPU and use it. Or alternatively try to make your own beam effects/find beam effects made by someone else.

I can't really tell what this thread is about, but it certainly isn't about problems with installing/playing FreeSpace games. I'll bet on the modding board.

Someone even went as far as to make a modified table or something that would make them shoot rainbow-coloured beams. I think I still have the file somewhere - not certain if it'd work on 3.6.10 though.

Plus there is nothing mentioned about beams except for the picture.
Did I miss something <_< ?

For now i can't try that Coulour pack, so i'll take a look at it soon
