Yes MS-N is closing, but not because I cant do my job or continue the mod... maybe its because it sounded like MSN... AGGGGGGGGGGGH!
No... its closing because I created AN EVEN BETTER Home Page for the 2 mods (ND-Resolution and Eden Project), now with the newest addition, Freespace: HUNTERS.
I have spent the last few weeks working on the new site HTML code which wasnt easy to do... as well as created raw, real fresh content. All this will be posted by April 30th.
I am also PUSHING Mad Bomber to UPDATE his Eden Project content. Alot of the mods have been slept on recently for whatever reason but I am confident we both can get these projects out and on the table!
So check out the mini new intro site, and tell me what you people think. Specifically Setekh... (is HLP hireing? I have a good resume hehehe);7

The site's great, but: 'fraid I have to point something out, and this is straight from the website's code:
< META content="Microsoft FrontPage 4.0" name=GENERATOR >

in responce to this, i use frontpage 4.0 to assist me in the web site developing process. i dunno if u was trying to be critical of my methods and whatnot so what does it matter?

and to this, THE MOVIE, was actually, decent in terms of story, which yes it had plot holes and what not, but the brilliance came in its visual aspects, not its story (saddly...), but i loved the marine models so i "borrowed" some pics. i think i said that a long time ago when i first started MS-N. anyways, i got some more content coming i am working harder now to bring more and more, as well as to stop borrowing graphics and acutally create my own....

WYSIWYg editors tend to generate bad code....

Sorry if I came across a little harsh, it's just my loathing of Frontpage. For you to be useful as a webpage designer, you really need to get off WYSIWYG editors. However, I was supposed to be commenting on the website itself, so I'll try again:
It's a good site, needs a little work maybe on the menu buttons, to make it so they are clickable as well as the text (see Google (http://www.google.com) for a good example of clickable tables). Otherwise great layout, I tested it in 800x600 up to 1280x1024, and it resizes well.

im absolutely terrible at web design.
I was trying to come up with good ideas for updating wevil.co.uk the other day but failed miserably.
-
Well, webdesign is not really hard, it just takes some sense for ergonomy and color balance... :)
-
both of which are sadly beyond my grasp it seems :(

its alright, its consructive critiscm. im cool with it, and yea im fully aware of the issues these programs can cause but thats why i only use it for certain things, but mostly i just work by hand. its hard as hell but i use FP2000 just as an assistant. thanks for the advice.
