Title: Saving FRED Missions

I have the first Freespace (and Silent Threat) and I just recently tried to make a FRED mission following a tutorial online but when I went to the Tech Room the mission wasn't there!

Is there a certain place I need to save my mission and/or a certain way I need to save/name my mission?

PLEASE HELP!!!!
