Title: Wearable Conductive Fabric
Post by: lostllama on January 21, 2010, 01:27:35 pm
Sounds cool, but I'm not sure I'd want to wear something made of this fabric in a thunderstorm.

You know, I've always liked the idea of a flexible electronic display that you could roll up like a newspaper or magazine and stuff into a pocket... Maybe that could be applied to a Kindle-like device in future as this technology is developed further.

its not like this is a new idea. theres a few versions of tha arduino just for this kinda usage. tha hard part is finding a seamstress who knows ohms law (or an electronics engineer who knows how to work a singer).
