I guess I had a little bit of spare time, so I thought up a few campaign ideas.
1) A Shivan Ravana appears near the Prochyon A Outpost and devastates the entire station's defenses. The Shivan warship must be stopped before it reahes GTVA space and paves the way for another Shivan invasion.
2) The NTF steals a Terran destroyer from the newly rebuilt Anatov shipyards. A small team from the GTD Venice is sent to recapture the vessel.
Feedback welcomed.

The second one sounds cool. A small, concise, fast-paced campaign could come out of that idea... using few mods, it could be done in very little time. Go for it. :nod:

You wanted feedback:
1) I'm thinking that a Ravana would not be too much of a threat to the GTVA. A wing of bombers with fighter escort could possible take it out, especially if our friend Alpha 1 were piloting one of them. A shielded Lucifer (if its shields were effective against beam-weapons), a Sathanas, or some new Shivan vessel would, to me, work better.
2) This, to me, sounds like it would just be a single mission.

Agreed. If the GTVA were serious, a wing of Ursas or Boanerges with Helios', along with a Hecate and/or Hatshepsut would destroy a Ravanna. You'd need some sort of strengthener for the ship.

Not if it was done right. It could be stretched to 3 or 4 without stretching logic at all, particularly if the captain of the stolen destroyer refused to fight on until the end in true FS style.
In my opinion, bith are equally good, go for the first one if you can think of a logical strengthener though (it just sounds more fun).

Here's an idea. Instead of having the ship heading towards GTVA space (where it would be easily destroyed) have it heading away.
Say it's a scout ship that has just found a new way into GTVA space.
If you`re good at modding invent a new destroyer (or fighterbay carrying corvette) and say that it's the only thing fast enough to catch up with the ravana before it can transmit a message to shivan space.
You can either end the campaign with the ravana blowing up or have it get the message out and then have a last desperate mission as the GTVA tries to seal a node before the shivans can get an attack fleet through.
