They do. HLP was mentioned in the very first post. However, they just don't really care. And I am not going to register there just to point them here.

I see them mention the SCP but no real mention of where it comes from or anything like that.

Well, I'm in the same boat as you. I don't join every forum I come across just to make one small point. If I join a forum, I'm staying.

They all seem to know about the SCP and be pretty up to date, and one guy mentioned finding an ATI fix on HLP.

In that case, they don't really need to be here, right? :nervous:

Yeah, but that's only because you're one of the few here who's done an Insane playthrough. Don't forget the rest of us. :blah:

someone tell him to turn the subspace flash effect on, I didn't implement that so HD vids could be made of the game without it on.
[edit]nevermind he turns it on later and points it out[/edit]

also tell him that linking primaries cuts the fire rate in half, so if your fighter has asymmetric weapon load-outs you are going to do less damage per second than if you just used the larger bank. i.e. if you use 1 bank with 4 slots with a weapon that fires 3 times a second it will fire 4*3 = 12 bolts a second, whereas if you link with a 2 slot bank you will get 6*1.5=9 bolts a second. linking is only useful if you are combining the strengths of one weapon to overcome the weaknesses of another, or if your fighting style is to place well aimed shots infrequently.

someone should also mention that the hapshepsut shown in the vids is the original model, and a link should be dropped to the thread detailing the development of the new one.

I have. Except I skipped a few missions... Slaying Ravana, and the NTF loop IIRC

HAHAHAHAHA!

that was hilarious!

.... but seriously, that guy fails.  TWICE ran into the bomb shockwave? o.0  i wonder if he ever figured out that they don't launch their bombs if you engage them.

They will try to launch their bombs if you pepper them lightly. However, if you hit them REALLY HARD... :drevil:

ok, engage with intent to kill.  which isn't terribly hard for the shaitans (sp?)  they make a fat and juicy broadside target and don't squirm too much.
