Hmmm... I think it's good, but i need to learn how to make 3d background... I have 2d now.
Well, I haven't watched B5 for a long time, soo... If anything is wrong plz tell me.

Lots of work to do. Definitely work on the backround, work on the sun, and the models don't seem to fit in the scene. Try making the backround less pixelated if you can, that seems to be a big problem. Don't give up, just keep trying.
What programs are you using?

Just so I know - that yellowish ship looks kinda untextured or is it supposed to be that way?

Try to find some scene composition tutorials... www.3dcafe.com is a good place to start.

wayyy tooo pixellatted. Use a 3d background. and look around at 3dcafe (as mentioned below)

If by Glitch, you mean the sharp edge, just use PS and blur it a bit.
