Just passing by.

I applied for work but had no luck:

http://newsinfo.inquirer.net/breakingnews/nation/view/20100204-251278/Expelled-psychic-judge-among-nominees-for-chief-justice-post

But I don't care if these nuts eliminated me -

Next time, they will regret it, though, they will miss my dwarves!

Best wishes to all of you.

Judge who talked to dwarves wants to be chief justice

MANILA, Philippines—A former trial court judge who was dismissed for consulting “mystic dwarves” during trials has applied for the post of chief justice of the Supreme Court.

Former Malabon Regional Trial Court Judge Florentino Floro Jr. personally submitted his application Thursday with the Judicial and Bar Council (JBC) before it closed the filing of nominations for the successor to Chief Justice Reynato Puno, who will retire on May 17.

As he presented his application, Floro made it an express condition that the JBC should submit his name “only to President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo, that is, not to the next prime minister or president, as the case may be.”

The Supreme Court dismissed Floro from the bench in 2006 after he admitted consulting mystic dwarves named Armand, Luis and Angel during “healing sessions” in his chambers.

In sacking Floro for incompetence and bias, the high court said psychic phenomena had no place in the judiciary. It also called attention to a medical finding that said Floro had psychosis.

In the 26-page application he submitted to the JBC, Floro affixed a photograph of himself with bills of money hanging down his neck and standing beside a toy stuffed dwarf.

Floro, describing himself in the third person, said he was a “visionary and prophet.”

“He has accurately predicted in his ‘Angel of Death’ 1996 and other editions, more than 800 dire prophecies with impeccability. Since 2008, he had been bestowed more than 21 visions and apparitions of May and the Eucharist with vivid images and unequivocal messages duly filed with this Court of last resort,” he said.

He also claimed that he had accurately predicted in writing the downfall of former President Joseph Estrada in 2001, the heart surgery of former Chief Justice Hilario Davide Jr. in 2002 and the Nov. 23, 2009 Maguindanao massacre.

Aside from nominating himself to be the next chief justice, Floro also nominated Supreme Court Associate Justices Arturo Brion and Conchita Carpio Morales and lawyers Henry Villarica and Gregorio Batiller Jr.

Also Thursday, an unconfirmed report disclosed that Deputy Ombudsman for Luzon Victor Fernandez had also applied for the post.

Hi to all of yeah, it is Sunday here, and the temperature is rather cool but the Sun is slowly coming ... for the dry spell in our Northern provinces...

I was away for a time ....  had been editing painfully with stress, my second book, since Jan 2007 after I published my first.

The first one was just copy paste and some things, I finished it in just 3 weeks for December 2006.

It never crossed my mind that the events and URLs thereafter would later give me stress in writing the book, the events unfolded slowly ...

So, after re-editing the 1060 pages, I decided to put them each chapters into blogger and later to all my other blogs like multiply etc.

I have to sit for 6 hours daily for these ...

http://www.blogger.com/profile/08050768475939438767

So, with 14 blogs (I do not want each blog to have more than one chapter), I am just back.

I know my enemies, and the wise forgives but never forgets. from obscurity ... and do know the meaning of that? ... from an ordinary lawyer or even Filipinos, I landed in all front pages ...

If you are a lawyer or journalist, you will know what I mean ...  just to publish an ad or legal matter, inside or at back never in front pages, like weddings, etc. very small columns in our papers would cost $ 500;
but front pages, never! those are only for top events.  Hence, because of my case, human interest .... and due to this, we knew each other ...

It is a great blessing in disguise to loose my house, my job even my maids ... there is no glory without cross ... And you were part of my life ... let us be ... in pain and in gain ...

I have no problem with sanity ... it is the mess they made here which made me known to all of you ... immortal I am sure ... you offspring will never forget me and my case ... unique in Constitutional law ...

******

Unlike other lawyers and judges here, I do not KISS, keep it short (I topped the Bar Exams 12th place since I keep short and direct, my answers). In my pleadings and court decisions, I do not submit or render ready-made fill in the blanks things. I supported each paragraph with jurisprudence US and local.

Hence, bear with my style of posting, verbosity and often annoying ... but you can read my mind ....... my case is complicated with the lies and magick the Ponente did ... Justice Nazario could have rendered a 10 pages decision but she painfully copy pasted her Bibing Timbangkay's 75 pages final draft focusing on dwarf consultation ... ignoring the Filipinos' wealth in mythology and folklore amid Catholic faith and Constitutional guarantee of Religious Freedom as Justice Hugo Black wrote in 1947.

My case is too simple: the justices were operated medically 8 of them and they blamed the dwarves; one thing for sure, that you do not know, is 99% of Justice here use psychics and fortune-tellers. Most of their mansions are built with feng shui advices including astrology, etc. I would be the last one to consult dwarves in writing decisions because of my extraordinary academic records.

I knows that your forum is not a court which could overturn the decision ... But it is my judgment call to respond intelligently to all of you who are now part of my life, I, from obscurity ... I am being talked about ... unlike rich people here, they are buried in parties and oblivion, they could not be subject of front pages news ...

I am very careful not to offend atheists' belief. I stress that nobody here would believe that I was chosen by LUIS, Armand and Angel, since I was and still a pure hardened SKEPTIC. They would not choose those craving for knowledge of these mysteries ... they chose me, a fool,  to be their instrument, since I would not play or sell their secrets.

Yes, it is just that being a lawyer would insult many posters, due to my attorney postings, as if I am fighting ... Cheers.

I never voted since 1972. At the Ateneo, I learned from Plato and Socrates that politics is dirty. I registered during some of the voting periods but I never voted. I failed to register this year, hence I cannot vote.

While politics and government are necessary for survival of the nation, still, I had seen that if you do not have any connection with these politicians, your academic rewards will never be considered.

Just sayin

Remember that Intelligence is not the amount of brain matter you have. Even IQ tests would not suffice to measure your brain damage.

Anyway, View the Prophecy vis-a-vis the meaning of Intelligent Trance in TV Video here ...

Done for yeah! Some are just too excited to view the Prophecy contained in the TV video. The Feb 4 video was just uploaded and released yesterday Feb 26 3pm Philippines time. Hence, forthwith, I uploaded it thru KeepVid download. Then, I had to watch the races, http://www.manilajockey.com/ thus I am able to translate only this 5pm Saturday beautiful Philippines.

Most of us skeptics do not know trance. If you watch the video carefully, and replay it, I, an Ateneo Second Honors, would not commit a grammatical error on TV, but due to trance, the word SHE for President Gloria Arroyo was changed by the dwarves to HE, to wit:

Judge Floro "xxx in the end, HE (referring to First Gentleman Mike Arroyo who suffered Feb 18 vehicular accident) would be ... he would SUFFER." 2:04 to 2:09 minutes of the YouTube video.

Remember that I did predict this repeatedly in HK Standard - since 2001 to Sept 2006 that President Arroyo would survive her political battles but would be badly hurt NO TIME frame in the end ...

http://www.thestandard.com.hk/news_detail.asp?pp_cat=30&art_id=26375&sid=9641493&con_type=3   "Florentino says he predicted Joseph "Erap" Estrada's presidential downfall and prayed that present incumbent Gloria Macapagal Arroyo would survive her endless political battles. Looking ahead, he reckons Arroyo's power will end soon and the nation will suffer as a result."

I predicted the repeated physical OMEN on this like FG Mike Arroyo's Benguet plane crash hurting, his aortic aneurysm surgery, 5 bullets for Mikey Arroyo and last Feb. 18 or 14 days after I did utter the prediction, Mike Arroyo was - hurt -

 http://newsinfo.inquirer.net/breakingnews/nation/view/20100218-253924/Mike-Arroyo-escapes-serious-injury-in-car-accident

Mike Arroyo escapes serious injury in car accident Philippine Daily Inquirer
First Posted 21:34:00 02/18/2010 MANILA, Philippines—First Gentleman Jose Miguel Arroyo was slightly hurt in a vehicular accident en route to the Wack-Wack Golf and Country Club in Mandaluyong City Wednesday morning, his lawyer said Thursday night. "He had a bump on his head,'' his lawyer Ruy Rondain, who learned of the accident on Thursday, told the Inquirer by phone. "It's no big deal. There's nothing to be alarmed about.'' Arroyo was aboard his vehicle, a Toyota Land Cruiser, when it hit a post after avoiding another vehicle on his way to play golf, Rondain said. The lawyer could not say where the accident happened. When she learned of her husband's injury, President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo "insisted that he undergo a check-up'' at a hospital, according to Rondain.

So much for that. For non-lawyers, here, suffice it to say that my landmark filing of the Chief Justice application was for a valid legal reason to prevent a vaccuum or hiatus thusly

Oh my God. I looked so old and dilapidated in the video, coz,
my 2 maids did a revolution since Jan 4 and I could hardly find a domestic helper to wash the clothes of my dwarves. So, I had to do the printing, xerox and filing with the Manila S Court, the voluminous pleadings filed with 35 offices including the Press. Look at my shirt, look at my hair, all torn. But there is no gain without pain. Go get now FULLY translated.

Quitting smoking is only one step away. By giving yourself up to God and Jesus for forgiveness and salvation is the only way to free yourself from addiction.
The addiction of nicotine in tobacco is of the devil. Get right with the Lord our God and recognize Him as the only way offering salvation and spiritual freedom away from smoking.

I was able to quit smoking by finding this website that taught me the way of the God, Jesus, and the Bible. Click here (http://www.dokimos.org/ajff/) to quit smoking today!

I first noticed this on the image with "Great is your faithlessness" and the image of the moon above Earth.

I thought it was a Star Wars reference at first. :p
