This is the first time I've been able to play FSO in the last several years (now that I finally have a PC with a good enough video card), and I must say I am very, very impressed with how it has come along during that time.
I remember back in the day there used to be a launcher flag (I can't remember for the life of me what it is) that would lower the ambient lighting by whatever amount was specified, which made stuff darker in general, and made the glow maps and shine really stant out much better. Is that command still around? If so then what is it? Thanks.
EDIT: To clarify, what I am reffering to is a launcher flag to turn down the lighting, so that the only side of an object that is lit is facing a light source (like whatever star or stars was in that particular mission).
