anyone know of a free download of a decent sr-71 blackbird?

I have enough to do, but X-Plane comes with an SR-71...

I have one. I could look through the mess I got and upload it. Already converted and in-game, just no debris and no LODs.
EDIT:
And the cockpit's a bit messed up, but nothing noticable in-game :p Here, have a screenshot. (http://img444.imageshack.us/img444/6784/screen0000.png) May we know why you need it though?

Ooh, pretty :o
-
I was thinking that in the future I would do a campaign based off fs1 port, immediately after the lucy destruction. On earth.
-
...
I don't think you would want to use the Blackbird - it's much too recognizable and doesn't fit the feel of FreeSpace.
-
No reason he couldn't change the cockpit or scale teh engines about a bit. Or generally modify the blackbird into something more Freespaced.

In the FSO Main menu, press F3.

I don't plan on putting the sr-71 in space, or changing the model, or even the name. The blackbird, if I actually write the campaign, would very much remain the SR-71 blackbird.
While I am at it, anyone know of a SR-92 model? You know, the plane that doesn't exist.
-
So the Blackbird has been in service for 371 years? :P
-
Who would have known that the boneyard at Davis Monthan AFB would have endured for so long! :P
And by SR-92 do you mean the Aurora? I've seen several models for that in the past.

It doesn't exist. Satellites killed it dead. :P
