Title: 3.6.12 RC 2 Released!

To keep things moving toward the release of FS2_Open 3.6.12, the Source Code Project team has unveiled 3.6.12 Release Candidate 2 (http://www.hard-light.net/forums/index.php?topic=68944.0) (RC2).  Be sure to download the new build and start testing it out, so that the final release can occur as quickly as possible.  As always, report any bugs you find in Mantis (http://scp.indiegames.us/mantis/main_page.php).

Yeah, WIP versions of campaigns/mods don't get a highlight either. Final products ftw.
