UK members might be intertested in this

Thanks to a new iPhone application, you can check up on just how dodgy your new neighbours might be...
A new iPhone application has been launched, allowing users to check how likely it is that their next door neighbours will have an Anti-Social Behavioural Order (Asbo).
now i just need an iPhone

My money's on Portsmouth. One of my chick friends who comes from there reckons it's Chav-Central.

When you say 'rough' I think of crime rates and such. Might be better to have an app that checks for... 'chavs' I think you call them.

I've broken someone's nose before after he tried to take a knife to me. I got expelled from elementary school after it, though. Aside from that, I don't know. Nothing I've been involved with, anyway.
There is this one black guy, though, who got expelled from my high school, carries a knife around, has a swastika on his shoulder, rides a unicycle, and hangs out with one of my friend's brother, who is a furry. A creepy one. Incidentally, the first guy sexually harassed me once 'cus he's bi or something. Normally I wouldn't have a problem with that, but it wasn't all verbal :shaking:
On a bit of a tangent, I have nothing wrong with black people, but most of the ones I know come from the city, and they aren't exactly model citizens. Not that other races around here don't get into trouble. It's just that even though there's only about 7 or 8 blacks in my grade, around 6 of them have a criminal record.

So what's the punchline?

Man, i feel for you here. THAT'S REALLY ****ED UP ****! And you would have gone through life just fine not being traumatized at the same time by somebody who boggles your mind.
EDIT: black person with a swastika is mind boggling.

I know, right?
...
Should I tell y'all what he did to me? It happened long enough ago to be funny on reflection, even though I thought he was gonna kill me.

What the hell happened?

OK! *slaps palms down on table*
So, at our library, there's a teen section in the back with a couple booths. It's really the only place for me and my friends to hang out, so we got there after school about every day. That day happened to be anime day, in which us and a librarian take over one of the rooms and watch anime on a wall-size screen. I don't really like anime, but it's fun to watch with friends.
So, after school, there's about an hour until it starts. So we're all sitting at/around the booth. Talking. And then the black guy walks in. I'd never met him, but I could tell he was trouble. He comes in, carrying the wheel to hit unicycle. He claims to have crashed it into a car in the parking lot, and the rest was ruined, so he ditched it in a... ditch. Whatever.
I could tell he was trouble, since you could see his knife. Yeah, ok. I was sitting in a chair at one end of the booth (They're in the middle of the room, so you can pull up chairs to them.) He sat down across from me. OK. He asks my friend where her brother is. She replies that he's at home, probably eating a big mac and looking at furry porn (yes. We joke that I'm a 'harmless furry'). OK. so he stays.
I'm not good at interacting with the people I know, let alone someone who got expelled for ARSONY. I try and act casual.
Time comes for anime club. Someone asks if he wants to come, at which point I CRINGE (whether I like him or not, he still used to hang out with them. some of them aren't much cleaner then him, but at least they're not scary). They all grab their bags, I take a second to grab some books from the shelf. BIG. MISTAKE.
Keep in mind that this is in the very back of the library, where nobody goes but us. So it's just me and him. Enough shelves to keep too much noise from spreading. yup. I walk back to the booth and start to put the books in my bag, planning to check them out later. He's still sitting in the chair, playing with the wheel. He looks up and says,
'Hey little guy.'
I knew from what had been passed back and forth earlier in the conversation that he was bisexual. And I knew I was F*CKED. He was about a foot taller then me, and could definetly bench press twice my weight. And he was between me and the rest of the library. So I try and act cool,
'Yeah?'
'Wanna have some fun?'
'...no' (trying to act indifferent as I zip my bag)
'Come on, don't be shy'
'No.'
At which point he stood up, came around the table, and pushed me, pinning my shoulders against a shelf.
'You know you want to' I could smell the weed in his breath.
'NO'
At which point he threw me down so my stomach was pressed against the back of the booth. And then he got on top of me. And humped me (no. He didn't take off any of his clothes or mine). Humped me until I couldn't feel my ass. And then he stood up.
'Now that wasn't so bad, was it?'
I just laid there, hands over my face.
After a while, I looked up. He was gone. Yeah, ok. I got up and when to where my friends were. I admit, I could have more comforting friends. Ah well.
The worst bit came later though. I was sitting outside on a bench with him and my friend, whose dad was giving him a ride to her house. He was creepy. And he borrowed my phone. All I could do was pretend nothing happened.
I didn't tell anyone, even though they always say, 'YOU NEED TO TELL THE AUTHORITIES!!!'. **** that, I got over it. I'm not messing with him, plus, hell, my friends get along with him. I can't explain it, but I just didn't feel a need to tell anyone.
I actually saw him again recently, unicycling in circles around the parking lot. And then he ran into a car. I laughed.

Seriously, you really should tell someone about this. It's really important that you stop this from happening to anyone else.
-
Get a lawyer, your story will help to put him away. He forced himself on you; you got sexually assaulted. Makes you wonder how many other people had this happen to them, and you totally know wierd ass swastika dude did do this to other people.
-
how on earth did Ashfield get on the top 10 list... I know plenty worse places in the same region!
-
Meh, it happened around 6 months ago. If he does something again, then I'll tell someone.

I would really, really, really strongly advise against this.
Please talk to someone as soon as you can. You could spare someone else the same ordeal, or worse.
-
Seriously, drop it. I don't want to get involved again. The dude was within his parole, there was no witnesses (no cameras in that part of the library) and it happened long enough ago that I don't feel confident enough to go up with it.
-
Right. Fine. Same old story, I guess.
-
Thank you.

Right.
Let's consider this now for a second.
You don't tell anyone, since it's your word against his and there are no other witnesses.
But have you considered that there might be other people he assaulted who think the same? That they were assaulted with no witnesses, and thought it useless to report the incident to authorities?
And if the law enforcement starts investigating things, those others might have their stories to tell as well?
And then it isn't your word against his any more. It'll be his word against his victims', and who knows how many there are; it sounds like this guy knew what he was doing.
I feel it necessary to repeat Battuta's suggestion that you need to tell someone other than internet people. Because, you know, it sounds to me like this guy's going to just get worse if no one does anything to put a stop to it.
Other than that, you have my sympathy. It just disturbs me that your behaviour is remarkably consistent with majority of rape victims. And raped you were, bar intercourse (rape is very seldom about sex anyway).
-
this guy sounds like he belongs in a mental institution.
-
Ok, let me ask this question to all of you, including Titan.
Who is the stupid person in this equation, the guy who dryhumped some dude, or the dude who kept quiet about it?
-
Definitely the guy who kept quiet.
-
You really should report it. Behavior like this is usually the top of the iceberg. You know, like the homeless guy sitting around going "Just tell me when, Lord, just tell me when!" As far as time goes, it doesn't matter. Or maybe it does, I don't know. In either case, please reconsider. By the way, I'm a hypocrite because I didn't report something similar, but I had good reason not to.
