After following the instructions & installing all the necessary components of RC1 - 3.6.12 I am able to get the startup screens and create a pilot but the main menu is just a "black screen of death" with the Inferno Build text at the bottom with only the option to exit the game. The game then crashes and I get the following errors below......
Could not load in main hall mask 'MainScreen-M'!
(This error most likely means that you are missing required 640x480 interface art.)

I haven't much experience in installing mods so I am lost at this point, gah I hate being a n00b!! :ick:

So you're trying to start Blue Planet?
Just turn up the resolution in the launcher. Problem will be fixed.

No problem. I'd suggest upping the resolution to the maximum appropriate for your screen's aspect ratio, assuming your card can handle it.

Yeah it can take it I upped it to the max after you suggested and it ran like a charm, thank you again for the assistance
