Am I the only person who is completely cutoff from their Microsoft .Net account right now? I've tried every conceivable password I've ever used (though admittedly that's only about five) and I just can't log in. I tried resetting my password, but the damned Microsoft service says that even my human verification number is invalid, and I've been trying for hours now. No matter what, I can't log in or even recover my password. I'm not beyond the suspicion that I've been hacked, but even if I was hacked I know damn well that I'd be able to verify that I'm human when it asks me to reset my password.
I heard there have been authentication problems recently, but as of checking today that announcement has been put down. Does anybody know what's going on?

Eh? Do you mean MSN or Microsoft .NET? Because they're two different things.
If you mean .NET, their registration thing requires that you use Internet Explorer. They're bastards like that.

well whatever the windows live ID thing is, I can't log into that. Which means I have absolutely no access to my hotmail nor my MSN messenger. .NET I don't think I've ever used before, I thought the two were the same.

No, "Microsoft .NET" is programming-stuff. It's not the same as the "Microsoft Network".

Okay, what the hell. Now it works? I don't get this.
