I like it, we now have a motto for the mission :P

Latin version: "Nunquam licentia a erro secundum". Unfortunately, it doesn't translate back to English QUITE correctly, but never mind

licentia a = lease, leave, license, etc.
erro = errand? errant???
secundum = 2nd (?)

Nunquam relinquo peregrinus.

Secundum translates to "behind" as in "after" or "following".  Relinquo means "to leave behind'.
Erro is a verb meaning "wander".  Peregrinus is the noun meaning "wanderer".

Didn't bother with the subject-verb agreement -- I haven't messed with Latin in years. :P
