Title: Text to Speech Options (Vista)

I only have Microsoft Anna, which isn't too bad, but it's too quiet.  I end up having to up the volume while decreasing the music and effects volume when playing a campaign without voice acting, but then whenever one of the standard voices play ("Check you six pilot!"), it's super loud!

Has anyone found any free TTS engines Vista can use (and thus FSO)?  I know TTS generally sounds crappy, but it's easier to listen to the computerized voice than read text during combat.

It cannot be Microsoft Anna's fault, rather your setting's. When I used simulated speech, all the voices were even in volume.
