Yes, I plan to make new cbanims as soon as 1-frame anis work again.

It is not. Single-frame ANIs still do not display.

Also, can you send me such an ani for testing? And does it work or not work if you use an eff?

I've attached one of the anis I use to this post. I haven't tried it as an eff yet.
As for a new bug report, why? We already have a bug report on this subject. I did mention in the comments for that report that the build did not fix single-frame anis.

Because the bug report is about a different bug. The bug report was about an issue where the first frame of an ani was not displayed. Your issue is a bit different, but may be related.

Delete 2229, that's an accident caused by Mantis rejecting unzipped ani uploads.
