Hi, i've recently installed manualy the sccp and everything works 100%. I just wanted to know how can i get a pack of beam textures working... They are in .dds format and I really have no clue on how to work with this kind of things! Would be glad if you could help me:D

Put them into mediavps\data\effects, and look in the VPs how you should name them. The name of the effects each weapon uses is in weapons.tbl or any *-wep.tbm .

Belay that.
Put them in <mymod>\data\effects and create a mod.ini pointing to the MediaVPs. Select that as the mod in the launcher.

Well, it depends exactly which pack of beam textures.
If its something like custom beam effects with no table, it'll have to be tabled.
If its just like replacements for retail/mvps beams and is already tabled, then what FUBAR said would suffice...
