It's just too cheap to be true IMHO. (http://www.gamesbasement.co.uk/accessories/pc-mac/super-nintendo-usb-pc-controller-PD-3130.html?utm_source=Froogle&utm_medium=marketing_medium&utm_campaign=froogle) So I'm a bit dubious as if i should use it...............
Has anyone here used them before. i just found it by googling USB Snes control.........
I've wanted one of these since about 1996/7.

If it's too good to be true, then it probably is
-
Initial googling gives varied results.
On the one hand, a lot of people (a good many only have 1 post in their respective forums) say that it's legit.
On the other hand, a review site is riddled with 'it's a scam'. Though, it's apparent that most of those are written by the same person under multiple account names.
You could try buying something really cheap. And if that shows up, then buy the thing you want.
Meh.
-
$36 doesn't seem all that cheap to me. :p
-
yeah, that seems about what I would expect that product to cost.
-
I wouldn't buy it.
Too expensive. :p

BAH!
Well if anyone else knows where i can safely get a usb SNES controller from i'll happily paint your barn.
-
I would just get a DualShock-to-USB converter and use that.
-
I've got two dual-shock style usb controllerz already.
But i need, Nay CRAVE that original Snes feel. Games like Killer Instinct and Super Metroid are just unplayable as my muscle meory has trouble pulling off a 78 hit ultra for fulgore with a PS1 style control.

PS2 to USB converter and PS2 pad FTW!

geez, *click* (http://www.amazon.com/Nintendo-Smartjoy-PC-Controller-Adapter-Converter/dp/B0009VIZSY) google is your friend
also : DIY (http://www.raphnet.net/electronique/snes_nes_usb/index_en.php) version... this are for adapters, so you still have to get a regular pad, which shouldn't be too hard... there's also retrousb.com, but i don't know if it's trust worthy
later and good luck~ (btw, i want my barn in yellow with purple polka dot)

/me cleans the dust off of the freashly leapt cannon.
I'm more than aware of the how-to guides. But i want to pay to save myself the hassle and time involved. Fun it may be. But i'm a wanta my ownee controllah.
See what you did? You made me go Jar-Jar..........
-
uhm, there are adapters, sadly the controllers are sold out @ retrousb.com but you can still get a "to usb" adapter and plug your own controller without butchering it...
