Title: 3.6.12 RC4 Released!

That's right, the next release candidate (RC4 (http://www.hard-light.net/forums/index.php?topic=70508.0)) for 3.6.12 is out, and it's looking better than ever!  This should be the last RC before final as all known critical issues have been sorted out, but please make sure to test in case something snuck through.
