-who's the dastardly individual that took my most favorite (aesthetically-speaking) bomber and smooshed it into my least-favorite bomber to create this......... thing?

In all seriousness, I just recently did my first playthrough of Blue Planet and was blown away by the quality and attention to detail - a fantastic mod through and through. And to that end I have to applaud the team for creating one of the most visually-disturbing "Franken-bombers" I've ever seen; it painfully drives home how limited the resources on Sanctuary really were.

And that said, it's gonna be a bit of time before I stop having nightmares about this craft.....

Post by: Snail on August 24, 2010, 03:13:00 am: I believe Galemp created the original mesh by cobbling together retail meshes as part of his "Uglies" mod, Vasudan Admiral later upgraded them by using high-poly meshes.

I see the cockpit of a Zeus, the missile pod (and turret?) of a Medusa, and the gun arm and engine pods of an Ursa.

I thought it was just a Medusa / Ursa hybrid (the Medusa being my favorite of course) right down to the cockpit section, but upon closer review, you're right, that is a cockpit from a Zeus - they both share the same distinctive two-person configuration, but there are variances in the color (and I think in the shape, slightly) which gives it away. A truly bonkers design.
