Title: FS always starting with fsport (Linux/Ubuntu)
Post by: duff on August 24, 2010, 01:32:56 pm
I just compiled my linux binary with inferno enabled. I then copied the file into the freespace folder.

Now I'm trying to get FS2 to run properly. The game itself seems to be fine. But it's always loading the fsport mod, even without any -mod parameter. I removed the fsport folder from my freespace directory. Now freespace is starting with mediavps_3612, again without any mod parameter.
Same problem with wine and the windows binaries. Is there a config file I'm not aware of? Any other ideas?

Check ~/.fs2_open for any ini files.

I moved the ~/.fs2_open folder to another directory. The video settings are back to default but the game is still loading the fsport mod.

Check your FS directory for cmdline_fso.cfg.
