Code: [Select]
Found root pack 'C:\Games\FreeSpace2\mv_fsport.vp' with a checksum of 0xdc8abbde
This file does not belong in the main folder. Move it back to fsport_mediavps, where it belongs.

Code: [Select]
OpenGL Renderer   : ATI Radeon HD 4800 Series
  OpenGL Version    : 2.1.8870

I am not entirely sure, but are you certain that your GPU driver is installed correctly? Shouldn't a 4800 be capable of more?

You know, it would help if you told us about the error messages. We can't help you if you don't give us the exact error messages, as we aren't psychic.

C'mon, guys.

There's a commandline option which does exactly this, and it's enabled.

Disable -timerbar and it'll fix it.

As for the pilot file thing, though, I've got no idea.

Oh. Didn't see that.

...

That option really should be disabled....

-timerbar now disabled as of Commit 6414. Shows the same msgbox as trying to use -decals does.
