Hi guys, anybody here has some reference of shivan interior structures?
-
The only canon info we have is in FS1's Hallfight cutscene.
-
Since the shivans can climb over any surface (aka wallwalking like aliens/xenomorphs) I am pretty sure it has been described as a lot of tunnels, going any direction (though I'm sure they are organized not just randomly going everywhere) not just horizontal decks+lifts to get to other decks like GTVA ships likely are.
Or perhaps they are like GTVA ships in a way? Horizontal tunnels for decks and vertical ones for going up/down.

and how would a fighterbay look like? im thinking lots of small sockets in the wall where the fighters are docked(like raiders on a cylon baseship)

The Lucifer's and Demon's fighterbays were long tunnels (so that you can't see where the fighters spawn). The Ravana's seemed to imply that fighters were capable of appearing out of thin air or flying through walls.

The Lucifer sure launched A LOT of Scorpions in that one briefing animation :D
So yeah go with them being like a baseship I guess.

Shivans are zero-g creatures. So it makes sense that they make use of every available wall to place things, unlike us that only use the bottom plane to place things.
Take a look at interior shots of space stations, to see this in effect.

I'm not talking about the tunnel, what I'm talking about is if you fly into one, and come to and opening, how would you imaging the fighters lined up inside the fighterbay?

Stacked against every inner surface.
