Title: BP2 Chapter 1 startup error

Here's the error, and my FS2_Open.log. Now I'm a seasoned veteran and I think I set everything up correctly... this looks like an error with the contents of BP2's Core VP, but I downloaded the latest version and it's still there.

What's the problem? No spoilers, please. :)

Your bp_core.vp (which contains Mass driver#Karuna; bp2-wep has a +nocreate modification) has a different checksum than mine. Redownload?

[EDIT] here (http://www.box.net/shared/f76zaz0bj4)'s mine, just for redundancy's sake.

BP2 shares BP1 assets. Would make little sense to include all the common materials in both releases, yes?

That said I do think the nest of dependencies is getting a bit tangled. I wish we could do an .exe installer that put everything in the right place and set up a shortcut or something.

Ah... I DID have BP:AoA:DC installed, but I had missed the August 7 update to BP1. Got it now, thanks.
