I've been lookin at a lot of Screenshots, and I wonder why I cant get near how it looks. Graphics and all are improved but all screenshots ive seen on the sites looks A LOT better.
Any tips on configs, anything for the best possible Graphics experience?

Go into the launcher, enable everything under the 'graphics' tab except for 'enable mipmapping' and 'disable scale to window for movies'.
Make sure you've got the 3.6.12 MVPs downloaded.

This would be a problem.
The standard shaders distributed in the mediavps, as well as the .12 exe, require Shader Model 3 support to run. Without that, you're limited to the fixed render pipeline, which has no support for normal maps, as well as being very inefficient in some areas.
Short answer: Get a better GPU (Sorry).

Shader model 2 support was introduced in one of the nightlies, I know that they're not completely stable, but I've rarely ran into really problematic bugs.
I'm not sure what's the status of Shader model 2 support though.

Hopefully "discontinued", as I'm holding out for 5.

Forget it. There are a lot of things that have to happen before we can contemplate opening up the shader code some more.

Oh, I know... sadly.
