Anybody catch this weeks episode? I swear those guys look familiar. Maybe not so much in the hips but the face is really similar.
-
Without pics, there is no way in hell we might have a bloody idea of what you are talking about. You do realize that most of use live in different country and hence have access to these kind of series at least a year late ?
-
I think he's referring to Stargate Universe. I don't watch it but its a big thing at the moment.

Calm down, dear...

Nice post there Matt. Since you asked so nice here's a pic. Now go stick your head in a bucket of water.

Ugh, no. Maybe if a Vasudan had a horrible disfiguring injury as a child.
-
Looks more like Admiral Ackbar if you ask me.
-
Did the actors stop the random crying in this series? I stopped watching after characters I didn't know, or care about yet, kept crying about stuff. In the beginning I just forwarded past it, but it permeated every single episode, and with no action or likable characters, I stopped halfway into the first season.
Also, have the aliens started crying yet?
-
You know, I think the Vasudans might have been based on this species (http://memory-alpha.org/wiki/Species_8472) from Star Trek Voyager. Gotta admit there's some resemblance.
-
Yep, I think you are right about that one.
-
They looked a little familiar I guess.
And yes, the random tears have stopped more or less. There's just a lot of MDK, mostly at the hands of the psy...er, Colonel.

It's hard to say whether or not :v:'s art department would have seen that episode before initially designing the Vasudans. Species 8472 first showed up in a Voyager episode that aired in May of 1997, and FS1 was released less than a year later in March of 1998. I suppose it's possible, though.

Very low edge of probability.
-
Someone needs to post high rez version of vasudan.

Consider it tempted.

That's wrong on so many levels.
-
"Coming this fall, Vasudan p" - wait, I don't want to finish that sentence.
-
The SCP wouldn't be here without her!
i dunno she's kinda cute
-
ok, now I'm curious about Vasudan sexuality/mating rituals & stuff
-
/me Googles for some brain bleach.
-
Hey, you people have only Wobble to blame. I wouldn't have even made that connection if he hadn't first. :p
(And seriously, I've seen things on the Internets that make lovely Kho'bhani look like a fluffy kitten.)

Yyyyeah...
(this post originally said "like yo face")
-
i dunno man she's got a nice smile and stuff y'know?
-
I've never quite grasped why that's brainbleach-worthy myself. Not exactly my type, but...
-
Yeah, I've always found it to be far more amusing than disturbing myself. It's not like putting a bra and frilly panties on a Vasudan makes it look any less Vasudan-ish. :p
-
It's the sunglasses. :p
