Title: How do I turn on HQ cockpit in WiH ?

Hi,
I turned on the standard cackpit view in WiH, but in the videos I've seen on You Tube, the cockpit has seems to be much more detailed, with reflexions on the glasses. How do I activate HQ cockpit ?

Turn on "Enable environmental maps" from the Features tab under Graphics in the launcher. Keep in mind sometimes the reflections in some cockpits can be a little too much.

It seems I have reflexions, but no glasses !
-env and -spec flags are already there (i'm a linux user, so i have a custom launcher script).
I wonder what's wrong.

You haven't posted any screenshots or fs2_open.logs, that's what's wrong.

I'll get you a log as soon as I can run a debug build... If it runs (remember the odd segfault thing ?).
EDIT : I still can't run the game in debug mode : it crashes on mission loading.

On a similar note, could someone post a file enabling all the cockpits for WiH? I'm a nub at modding post retail. :nervous: Fredding, i'm quite Ninja-like ;)

On a side note, why can i not look around my cockpit in a retail fashion, ie; holding keypad insert and using the keypad to lookaround?

I hope the SCP hasn't *gasp* removed a key retail feature that i for one used quite extensively...

i didn't even knew you could do that O_o

I don't think anyone would remove it if it comes from retail... could it be affected by a bug? to the test lab!!! (actually, i'm going to bed... so freaking late here)

I can't make screenshope because of keyboard mapping problems (fs2_open + Xorg)...
Where do i put the cockpit files from the .zip ? I'll do some testing without WiH.

I can't get a high-res cockpit activated for Ulhan with the files provided above:(
Could somebody please post a step-by-step instruction?
