when i start launcher (with fs open 3.6.12d/r) i get 2 errors
"Freespace has detected you only have 0MB of free mem, need 32MB, ect"
i can not start the game from launcher due to this error, as i receive the same error when i press run
the other is: "Failed to read flag file"
i dunno how that hurts me, if it does, but i also can chose only 1 mod (bad for both new mediaVP's and a custom campaign)
any help would be appreciated
EDIT: all problems fixed except for multiple mods, and i'm not sure thats possible

Mods stack each other, based on mod.ini
Example: If there is a FS2 based Mod and it is compatible with the MediaVPs, it's mod.ini will have a line that tells the game to load the MedaiVPs when the mod is loaded.
(Like, Blue Planet for one)
Anything other than that, is not yet possible at this time.

if possible, could i get an example of how to safely stack the mods in a mod ini? turns out the one i want right now calls for the new mediavp's already but i don't know how to call up multiple campaigns through one mod without them interfering with each other's data (a common problem i had trying to get multible fs1 custom campains working at once)

...
That's generally considered a bad idea. I wouldn't even know where to begin with trying to get ALL available FS2 campaigns to try and load in a way as to be all available at once.
Never mind what it would end up doing to the poor Pilot File. (At least until 3.7.0 is released)
Sorry, but I can't really recommend a potentially damaging solution. I can just say to read the Wiki article on mod.ini (http://www.hard-light.net/wiki/index.php/Mod.ini)'s.

If it's that dangerous, good thing i didn't try.
I was under the impression from you post that it might work, and it would've be nice to have all campaigns loaded and on the list at once. thanks for clarifying.

If considering only pure campaigns, that only contain missions, you could load them all simultaneously without anything dangerous happening. Though you'd still need to be careful if you attempted to play all the campaigns with the same pilot file.
But if talking about mods that contain any modified assets (mainly ship and/or weapon tables), they'd fight for supremacy and in the end, the winner might work, while the rest of the mods would not work because of mixed table information.
