Title: Globally present links for "Other sites on Hard Light Productions"

I quite often find myself trawling the forums and then have a dire need to open up the Wiki. If possible could we please get some links to the Wiki/Mantis/IRC (as they all seem to go together)  up in the top right corner? That is unless you have plans for that corner but right now it's looking a bit lonely :)

Hopefully those will go back into some sort of top bar, maybe it will even be a disgusting orange color in which case we can refer to it as the \
