Title: Balance guide ?

Hi,
Is there, somewhere on this board, a quick balance guide for new fredders ? What i am searching for would be a list of typical Shivan/Terran/Zod configurations with their strenghs and weaknesses against other configurations. I'm not asking for a complete guide, just a "place to start".

Practice, practice, practice.  Playtest the nearly finished mission until it's right, and if it's not, tweak the weapons or numbers of ships.  Takes a while, but I doubt any canned balance guide or comparison will work as well.

I doubt balancing it for yourself is effective either. Too wide a range of pilot skill in the community.
