OK. I have an anti-fighter missile, the Serkr, which is currently mounted on the Fenris's missile turret. This missile always, without fail, fires straight down, regardless of the orientation of the turret or the position of the target. "fire down normals" and "fire on target" both do absolutely nothing. The only other flags are ("Big Ship" "same turret cooldown" "spawn serkrchild, 5").
How can I make the turret fire where it's actually pointing?

Sounds like it's a spawning missile? If so try adding the "smart spawn" (http://www.hard-light.net/wiki/index.php?title=Weapons.tbl#.22smart_spawn.22) flag to the missile.

Yes. Is this a known bug? 'Cause if I take that off it works fine.

Nope, it's a feature that makes Piranha turrets work right. Does the flag work?

"smart spawn"? I'll test it now since my CS homework is done. It does sound like it does what I need.
