Title: Missing model file

I just downloaded the 'GTC Garm'  http://www.hard-light.net/wiki/index.php/GTC_Garm

And it seems to be missing the relegator.pof. After redownloading it and still not getting I was wondering if anyone as said file... or knows where to get it.
  (as well as missing a ttrm.pof which I found elsewhere)

TTRM.pof is in the GTD Daegon archive.
I don't know of any Relegator.pof. Ask Esarai.
