Title: blueplanet background problem

ok, i got my media vps working (yay) but on the level where u first encounter the vishnan, the background is a bit messed up, only parts of it show what i think is the real background, while the rest is black, only showing the stars that blind u when u look at them. the real background also shrinks when u look at it, and its in patches all over the place, is this because my computer cant handle bp adv well?

Probably, try pulling that VP...though really you should've seen that issue earlier. But give it a shot.

Your computer is probably not powerful enough to display the über-hires skybox.  Sorry.  Don't feel bad, even my 1GB nVidia GeForce 9400 GT, which runs almost everything above 70 fps, nearly choked on that mission, dropping to barely 20 fps.
