The newer builds of PCS2 have an issue with turrets. When you import dae files the program doesn't link the turret-arm to the turret. You have to go in and manually fix this. The original Nov 7, 08 build doesn't have this bug.

That's an intentional change to match the way the game works. Turret firepoints are relative to the barrels, not the base (old versions of PCS2 render firepoints relative to the base). So the importer expects multipart firepoints to be attached to the barrels. To disambiguate, they're grouped under a multifirepoints rather than a firepoints.

I agree....
Can't you just link the arm with the base without affecting the firepoints?
