Title: What ship is this?

So, it appears that this doesn't appear in canon. Which mod did this thing come from?

Don't tell me, tell the author. I just tried to figure out how someone might get from Shivans to tentacles, barring a mixup.

Post by: Nyctaeus on April 19, 2011, 09:15:43 am: This is updated Arachnas by FSF. He worked on old Arachnas model, but later he recived a new model and probably abandoned old one. New HTL Arachnas is released somewhere in modding section, but that older model is also interesting.

Look up at the Veteran Comments; either the author was the one who published this comment, or got the idea from the comment, or just also interpreted the Demon's protruding "spikes" as "tentacles":
