Some searching revealed a couple old topics about it, and though it's been done, it seems to never have been implemented. Considering how everyone has widescreen monitors these days and FS2 supports all kinds of resolutions, is there anyone poking at widescreen HUD support?
EDIT: Never mind, just saw Antipodes 7. I guess this can be deleted, unless I'm missing something.

Widescreen support resolution wise for the game has been possible for awhile.
Antipodes 7 introduced the ability to better control displaying custom HUD Elements as well as being able to make HUD layouts that are not "stretched" at higher resolutions.
(That code is now in Trunk and is available in the latest Nightly Builds, but as a feature, it wasn't completed until after 3.6.12 Final was Released. I recommend using a Nightly Build over the last version of Antipodes 7)
Still need some dedicated artwork for Larger Resolutions to have slightly larger HUD Elements for the default layout though.
