Title: Cannot see my own laser fire

I think this might be something simple in settings.

Any ideas? It wasn't a big deal during WiH and AoA because there were more weapons options.

Thus far the Subach HL-7 and Prometheus-S do not show tracer fire. But the glow is evident on ship hulls as the blast goes by.

Generate an fs2_open.log by following the instructions posted in the Support board.

Please, do yourself a favour and start to follow install instructions. Mod folders should always be in the main FS2 directory, not in some separate mod folder in it.

Well, it doesn't get to. Support staff need to remember that they know a lot and the support applicants don't know very much at all.

Exactly, thank you. You guys are bow-down-to-able on software. I barely made it through Fortran class, (Yes they still teach it), and that's only because the tests were next best thing to open book and coding projects were group oriented.

Part of my problem is also because this forum is so damned huge. :|
