Title: Which Catalyst driver to install?

Just got my new (used) Radeon HD 3450 in, to replace my Radeon X1650 (  :nono: ATI OGL driver support for old cards FTL ).

Question is: Which ATI driver is the best to use?  I already downloaded 11.5, but I heard it might have issues.  Anyone that has an ATI card know which version is the best to use?

11.4 seems to be OK.

Does bloom act wonky with 11.4?
I mean I'd answer with just ditch the ATI but I have to live with it too.

Define "wonky". I have seen no difference in bloom behaviour between the 10.3, 11.1, 11.2, 11.3, 11.4 and 11.5 drivers.

At certain angles the bloom is separated into lines.
