Title: SB Younameit
Post by: Snail on June 01, 2011, 10:30:01 am: The SB Younameit is a semi-canon bomber mentioned in "Clash of the Titans II".

The following information has been classified level Omega, accessible only by those immediately authorized by the GTVA Security Council.

The Younameit is twice the size of an Ursa and has a beam weapon at the front that is capable of destroying cruisers in just a couple hits (which is why most of the cruisers guarding the Bastion were badly damaged).

In groups of 10 they are able to cause supernovas, however, during the SSI they were held in reserve and only used against the most dangerous targets because there were only three of them in service. When they cause supernovas they are able to survive the blast, and they did this during the Ancient Shivan War (the same ships then are still in service today 8000 years later)

They are so dangerous that nobody knows what they look like and reports of their appearance are mostly conjecture. It is believed to resemble a species of landsnail on Earth. This could be an example of convergent evolution since according to declassified GTI experiments all Shivans are in fact gastropods in a biomechanical exosuit.
