Title: Can't play mod missions?!

Hi everyone, newbie here,

Well, I discovered FSO after looking up some freespace mods on Moddb, and I have to say that what you guys are doing is really, really cool.  So, I downloaded and ran Turey's installer, following the instructions posted in the general discussion thread, but whenever I try to play one of the mods other than the MediaVP's, I can't.  For some reason it always loads the FS2 missions, and not the missions from whatever mod I'm trying to play.  Has this ever happened to anyone?

Does it make a difference that the exe I'm using is called fs2_open_3_6_12r_INF.exe ?

Go into the campaign room and select the mod's campaign instead of the FS2 campaign.

I was trying to play FSport and where the campaign room is now in the FSport main menu used to be the barracks in FS1.  All I had to do was press F1 and all my problems would have been solved.
