I built a radio using only HTML5 and AJAX. Currently it's only playing some of my songs I converted to OGG, but I might throw in some of my friend's songs at some point.

Very nifty, but the volume like to blown my headphones off my head and deafened me.   If possible you might try and find a way to allow the user to adjust the volume.
